BAD Marketing builds Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads from your Instagram content and runs them, with your approval, through our advertising account using your connected Instagram identity.
You must be at least 18 and represent a real business or professional practice, with an Instagram Professional account linked to a Facebook Page you control.
You confirm you own or have the rights to the photos and content in your posts. You grant us permission to use that content to design and run ads for you, and you authorize us to create and manage those ads on your behalf through our ad account using your Instagram identity.
Nothing goes live without your approval, and you can pause or stop your ads at any time.
You pay a platform fee and a percentage of ad spend, and you pre-fund your own advertising budget into a wallet. Advertising budget that has already been spent is not refundable. Payments are handled by our payment processor.
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any level of views, messages, bookings, or revenue.
Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
We may suspend or end your access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where required by Meta's policies. You may stop using the service at any time.
We own the BAD Marketing platform, software, and brand. You keep ownership of your own photos and content.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new date above.
